as seller)
(Hereinafter referred to as buyer)
This puppy has been given the vaccinations
and worming as stated on the health record. A copy of this health record will
be sent along with your new puppy.
The seller raises and sells puppies for pets and companions. If you are thinking about breeding your puppy when it gets older, that is totally
up to you. The seller does not sell or guarantee this puppy to be a breeder.
This seller will guarantee this puppy until it is one (1) year
of age from life-threatening genetic disorders that would result in your puppy having to be put to sleep. If that would arise, the seller will replace the puppy with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available. No refund will be issued for shipping charges or veterinarian charges. If this puppy would need to be returned to seller, you the buyer will need a statement with the appropriate
diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian. Lab tests and x-rays will need to be
sent with the return of this puppy.
The buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects
can occur with puppies. The buyer understands that they are not considered to
be serious or life-threatening; therefore, they are not covered in the guarantee. Those
not covered would be an undescended testicle, overbite or underbite, hernias
and/or weak knees.
The seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, respiratory infections, coccidiosis
or giardia. All of these problems are preventable or
treatable. The seller has made every effort to make sure that your puppy does
not arrive with these problems.
The seller, to the best of their knowledge will be more than happy
to answer any questions or concerns that the buyer would have before and after the purchase of this puppy.
Buying and raising a puppy is a big responsibility. It is a life long commitment. The seller will not be held
responsible for any veterinarian charges or shipping charges with this puppy.
